Shipping and Returns
Note that items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for used items-if you have a question about the condition of your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Costs associated with any return are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice.
When will I receive my order?
After placing your order online, we immediately process it. Your package will ship out from our fulfillment center within 1 business day. From then on, it all depends on your shipping method. We also offer an express shipping option at the customer's cost. Delivery of international orders vary based on location but typically range from eight to twelve business days.
Ekońeu's Return Policy
Customers can return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the original order. For a return label, send us a note at email@example.com. A return merchandize authorization number (RMA #) will be issued for reference and must be included in the return package. If you want to return an international order please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
International (non-US or Canada) customers are responsible for payment of any fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Ekońeu's Refund Policy (if applicable)
We're disappointed your order didn't work out, but thanks for giving us the opportunity. Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, you will receive a full refund credited to the same form of payment used for purchase if applicable.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Only regular priced items will be refunded, there will be no refunds on sale items or gift cards.
If you would like a different style or color - simply return your item and place a new order online. We will issue a full refund for your original order upon receipt of the return item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, EKOńeu, Inc. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when EKOńeu, Inc. delivers these items to the carrier.
