The Hobo, Reconsidered: Meet Eugenia
Share
There is a particular kind of bag that does not announce itself. It simply arrives — slung over a shoulder, worn in, unhurried. The hobo bag has always had that quality. Eugenia refines it.
Made in Tuscany from full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, Eugenia is built on contrast: rustic texture against ceramic-finished edges, a relaxed silhouette against precise stitching. A buckle strap that adjusts. Three compartments that organise without effort. A flap closure that opens with ease.
This is a bag designed for the way you actually move through the day — not the idealised version of it.
The Making
Eugenia begins as hide selected from Tuscan tanneries where the craft of vegetable tanning has been handed down across generations. The leather is treated slowly, without shortcuts, until it achieves the right weight and character. The edges are then sealed with ceramic paint — a finishing detail that gives Eugenia her signature clean line without sacrificing the rustic quality of the leather itself.
Contrast stitching follows the seams with precision. The result is a bag that looks considered, because it was.
Three Compartments
Eugenia is organised without being rigid. Three compartments give structure to the everyday essentials — phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, a small notebook. Everything finds its place without a search.
The adjustable buckle strap sits comfortably across the shoulder or cross-body, however the day calls for it.

Each colourway develops its own patina over time — the leather softening and deepening with use, marking the bag as distinctly yours.
