EKOńeu ships from Canada and the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the location closest to you based on inventory availability.
Canada
- Standard shipping: $15 CAD
- Free shipping on orders over $500 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Duties & taxes: Not applicable for domestic orders
United States
- Standard shipping: $20 USD
- Free shipping on orders over $500 USD
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (domestic) · 3–5 business days (cross-border)
- Duties & taxes: May apply to cross-border shipments
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
We're happy to facilitate an exchange — please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and accessories (scarves) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
